Who we are
"Banira" is a new automation business. Privacy questions: hello@banira.net. pending Legal entity name and registered address will be added once the business is registered.
What this website collects
- No tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. The site loads its fonts and scripts from its own server and makes no requests to advertising or analytics services.
- Settings stored in your browser: for the current visit only, which pricing option you chose, so the contact form can preselect it (
sessionStorage). It never leaves your device. - Hosting logs: the site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security. See Netlify’s privacy policy.
- Analytics: none at present. If we add privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics in future, this notice will be updated first.
The contact form
The form collects what you type: your name and email, and optionally your business name, phone number, the email system and website tool you use, the option you’re interested in, and your message. We use this only to reply to you and to prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
Submissions go to Banira’s own Lead Desk, which runs in Banira’s Google account (Google Apps Script). Your details are saved in a private Google Sheet, you get an automatic confirmation email, and if we haven’t heard back, up to three short follow-up emails over a week. Reply “stop” at any time and the follow-ups end. Google processes this data as our email and storage provider.

Client projects
When we build for you, we work inside your own accounts (for Lead Desk: your Google Sheet, Gmail and Apps Script) by screen-share or with access you grant. We keep your intake answers and the configuration we generate, such as business name, hours, services and message templates, to deliver and support the project.
Your customers' data (Lead Desk)
- Inquiries from your customers are stored in your Google Sheet and emails are sent from your mailbox. Banira does not copy them to its own systems.
- For these records you are the controller. During setup and Care, Banira acts on your instructions. review A short data-processing agreement will be offered where required.
- The Lead Desk log records events and IDs, not the content of customers' messages.
- Customer data is not used to train AI models.
Who we share data with
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the business: Netlify (website hosting), Google (email, storage and the contact form’s processing), and a payment provider once chosen. We also share it where the law requires.
We use AI tools (such as Claude by Anthropic) to help prepare research, configurations and documents. We don't put clients' customers' personal data into these tools. Information you send us about your business may be used with them to prepare your proposal. review
How long we keep data
- Inquiries that don't become projects: deleted within 12 months of our last contact. review
- Project intake files: deleted 30 days after handover, unless you take Care.
- Invoices and business records: kept as long as tax law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Depending on where you live (for example the UK, EU or California), you may have additional rights. To make a request, email hello@banira.net or use the contact form.
