Ownership and delivery

What exactly do I receive?

A setup in your own Google account: a Google Sheet tracker, the Lead Desk script attached to it, your six approved messages, your rules, owner alerts and a 7:00 daily summary email, plus a handover note. See what you receive.

Do I get the dashboard shown on this site?

No. The Lead Desk interface on this site is a sample that explains the workflow, and Banira Workspace is a concept that isn’t available. Clients use their Google Sheet and Gmail.

Who owns the setup and the data?

You do. Everything runs in your account, inquiries stay there, and it keeps working if we stop working together. We remove our access at handover unless you choose Care.

Will you ask for my password?

No. Setup happens on a screen-share or with access you grant in your own account. If anyone claiming to be Banira asks for a password, it isn’t us.

Tools you need

Do I need Google Workspace?

You need a Google account you send customer email from. Free Gmail works, but Google limits automated email to about 100 recipients a day; Google Workspace allows more.

I use Outlook or Microsoft 365.

Lead Desk isn’t available for Microsoft. Tell us anyway; demand decides what we build next.

Will it work with my website form?

Usually. Lead Desk can receive submissions from most website forms, or we can set up a Google Form. Some website builders restrict where forms can send data, so we check yours in the first conversation.

How replies and follow-ups behave

When does the customer get the first reply?

When their form submission is processed by the script in your account. We measure the actual time during each installation’s live test, and don’t promise a figure before then.

Are replies written by AI?

No. They’re fixed templates written with you and approved before go-live. Lead Desk picks the office-hours, after-hours or urgent version.

What happens when the customer replies?

A reply check runs every hour. At the next check, Lead Desk marks the lead replied, stops further follow-ups, and lists it in your daily summary so you can answer personally. It doesn’t stop the instant they reply.

What if they reply “stop” or are out of office?

“Stop”, “unsubscribe” or “no thanks” marks the lead unsubscribed. Out-of-office auto-replies don’t count as an answer, so follow-ups continue.

Can my form be abused to send spam?

Lead Desk sends at most one automatic reply per address per day, caps hourly and daily volume, filters link spam and bots, and never repeats what the visitor typed. See security.

Pricing

How much does Lead Desk cost?

$490 one-off setup, or $290 for the first 3 founding clients. Care is optional at $49/month. The price is fixed in your written plan. See pricing.

Are there software fees?

Not from Banira. Lead Desk uses Google’s automation service in your account.

How do I pay?

By invoice, paid by Zelle, bank transfer (ACH or wire) or check. Founding clients pay once it’s live and working; standard setup is half at plan approval and half at go-live.

Support

What if something breaks?

Errors are written to a log sheet and emailed to you, at most once an hour. Fixes are included for 30 days after go-live; after that, Care covers them.

Can I pause it?

Yes. Test mode stops all sending; switching it takes about ten seconds and we show you how at handover. To stop follow-ups for one lead, change its status in the sheet.

What if Banira stops trading?

Your setup keeps running in your account, and the handover documentation lets another developer maintain it.

Availability

Is Lead Desk available now?

We’re taking first conversations. Lead Desk passes its automated tests against simulated Google services and hasn’t yet run in a client’s account; each installation is verified live, with test addresses you control, before going live.

Do you offer calling, texting or an AI receptionist?
What is Banira Workspace?

An interactive concept for a future single view of inquiries and workflows. It isn’t available and has no release date. See the concept.
