バニラ · ba-ni-ra
Vanilla, on purpose.
Banira is how “vanilla” is pronounced in Japanese. Vanilla is plain, familiar and dependable, the base other flavours are built on. That’s what we want the systems we set up to be.
What we do
Take routine follow-up off small teams.
Owner-run businesses lose customers to slow replies and forgotten follow-ups, not because they don’t care but because the owner is on a job. Larger companies have staff and software for this. Most small businesses don’t.
Banira sets up simple systems that handle new inquiries and routine follow-up, in tools the business already uses, so the owner can focus on the work.
Principles
How we work.
Plain over clever
Fewer moving parts, tools you already use, rules you can read.
Test before trust
Automated tests, a test mode that sends nothing, then a live test with your own addresses.
You stay in charge
You approve every customer-facing message and can pause everything yourself.
Your account, your data
We build in your accounts. If we stop working together, it keeps running.
Honest by default
No invented results, testimonials or urgency. Figures on this site link to their sources.
One thing at a time
We add the next automation only once the first is working for you.
Where we are
A new company, said plainly.
Banira was started in 2026 and is run by its founder. We haven’t completed a client installation yet. Lead Desk is built and passes its automated tests against simulated Google services; the first installations will be verified live in clients’ own accounts.
AI tools help with research, building, testing and paperwork, under the founder’s direction. Decisions about clients, money and anything sent to customers are made by a person.
There’s no office, investor list or team page, and we won’t pretend otherwise. As installations are completed, we’ll describe what happened, with each client’s permission.
Direction
Where Banira is heading.
New services only after the current one is working for real clients.
